"20/07/2021: Been going to this place for many years as food is good but service is going down massively. Waited for 15 minutes for somebody to take order as people at front were just chatting with their friends. Finally gave up and went to Nusret Shawarma."
"19/04/2021: nowNEWSaw this restaurant on BBC 1 where Ainsley Harriot & Len Goodman visited. I was not disappointed. Tried the Lamb on the Bone, by far the best in the UK."
"Two words…Cornish and Bakery, what more could you want as a student in Lancaster!?. People come here for their fresh buttery pastries, hand-roasted coffee, and specialty bread. Their pastries are prepared overnight and baked on the same day which means they’re super fresh and ready!"
"The Cornish Bakery are participating, with 50 per cent off food and drink Monday-Wednesday. The offer applies only to customers who are eating in, booking is recommended but not essential. View this post on Instagram"
"The Old Bell is a cute independent café with a real personal touch. Their full breakfast has amazing reviews from customers, not to mention the great value for money!. Just a 4-minute walk from your luxury accommodation, you can visit The Old Bell for a quick coffee and then head to your lectures."
"We were on our way to Malhamdale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, about an hour north and a bit west of Leeds, when we spotted a church tower in the rural community of Kirkby Malham and decided to take a look. What we found was a charming 15th-century parish church nestled in a churchyard on a side lane in a community too small even for the designation of “village.” The church, however, serves a large parish of 37 square miles. Entering the church, we noticed a small, modern statue of St. Michael located in a niche above the entrance."
