Best Asian Restaurants in Brighton
"Gars has been the highlight of the city’s Chinese dining scene for 30 years and deservedly so. They’re justly famed for their exquisite Dim Sum menu which has to be seen to be believed, we’d recommend that you dive in and order some of everything that you fancy as you won’t be disappointed. The day-to-day menu is constantly evolving to reflect the way that people’s tastes change but also how Chinese cuisine is constantly changing too."

"Full house by name, full house by nature – this bright and cheery spot just by the Level is always chock-full of discerning Chinese students and fiercely loyal locals. As such it’s another duel-menu sort of place – and again, our best advice is to skip the basic-bitch prawn toast nonsense and dive right into the hearty Hunan house specialities. A bit of tripe never hurt anyone."
"We were lucky enough to get a table (outside in the sun) but it took a server quite a long time to come get our order. We wanted an Italian staple, garlic bread, to nibble on while we waited for our main order (2 pizza's and a spaghetti bolognaise). Bread demolished quite quickly, well we were hungry, then another very long wait for the main. There is no denying that the food is very good, but a bit sharper service would have been nice, and would have made our eating experience that much nicer.Surprisingly, we had to wait to get the bill as well."
"The Buddhist Centre has been teaching meditation and Buddhism in the Brighton since 1974. Activities are directed by members of the Western Buddhist Order, founded in 1967 by Sangharakshita. It is one of over 80 Centres worldwide linked by a common approach to make Buddhism and meditation accessible as a living tradition in our fast changing world."
"Designed, manufactured & engineered by the makers of the London Eye, British Airways i360 is an observation tower by the Brighton Seafront, East Sussex and is 531ft high. The attraction cost £46 million in making and was aimed initially to attract over 739,000 paying visitors annually. From an enclosed viewing pod, the visitors can experience a 360-degree view of Brighton, the English Channel, the South Downs, and the Beachy add on a clear day to the east and the Isle of Wight on the west."
"With its observation pod rising to 138m up the 162m high tower, the i360 is the country’s highest observation tower outside London. Right on the seafront looking out to the old West Pier, there’s also a beachside cafe. On a clear day you can see for miles along the coast, with the city’s the best views since the Brighton ferris wheel was closed."
"A post shared by VisitBrighton (@visit.brighton) on Jan 21, 2019 at 1:57am PST. The i360 glides visitors 450 feet into the air for 360° views of the city, sea & countryside. From the pod you can get a seagull's view of Brighton, look out for rooftop artwork, the wind farm on the horizon as well as the stunning South Downs National Park."
"Though Gelato Gusto’s original is on Gardner Street, in the North Laines, we’re here for their King’s Road Arches outpost (opened last year) which comes complete with a sea view and seagulls competing for your cone. Just as it should be, we think. Here, their reliably gorgeous artisan ice cream comes in a huge variety of flavours (200 and counting since the gelateria’s inception!) with 20 or so on at one time."
"Gelato Gusto is a premium ice cream parlour selling indulgent ice cream treats served up by a friendly team in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine. They make the gelato each day above the shop in small batches using fresh produce from a local Sussex dairy. They have over 20 flavours ranging from Sea Salt Caramel, Dark Ecuadorian Chocolate, Blueberry, Banoffee Pie to Syrup Sponge Pudding and Jaffa Cake."
